Ready to be a Titan? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, PMM to join ServiceTitan's Product Marketing team. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of product marketers. Together you will deliver a portfolio strategically positioned and perfectly messaged to resonate with the right person at the right time. As a leader of this team, you will need to be both a product and market expert who aligns the narrative for Service Titans Core audience developing product positioning and messaging while defining the go-to-market motion. S/he will be the glue between Marketing, Sales and Product working alongside senior stakeholders. Your insights will shape product launch plans that drive awareness, preference, purchase, adoption and growth. Simultaneously supporting teams to execute revenue-focused go-to-market strategies effectively. As the Senior Manager, PMM, you’ll partner across the organization with Product, Sales and Customer Success, to bring multi-channel marketing approach to driving awareness and demand for our customers in the Trades. This leader will leverage strong marketing expertise, combined with creativity, and relationship-building skills for success in this role. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS B2B, fosters continuous learning and a proactive approach to opportunities. What you'll do: Build, coach and lead a best-in-class Product Marketing squad contributing to the development of the team, priorities and goal setting. Be customer obsessed so that you deeply understand our target audience, their needs, pain points, and behavior to tailor go-to-market strategies that resonate and drive awareness, preference, purchase, adoption and growth. Lead revenue-focused go-to-market strategies - collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases ensuring a seamless and impactful adoption process, focused on organizational top priorities. Build a communications strategy and compelling messaging to drive awareness and consideration for products, as well as drive product adoption among existing customers. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage people, programs and strategically pivot to ensure success and alignment with broader organizational goals. This includes delivering regular status updates and providing compelling insights that drive recommendations across stakeholders. Be a strong partner working cross-functionally to foster relationships with product management, enablement, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. Collaborate, lead, and create targeted content for campaigns and programs that drive awareness, preference, purchase and adoption globally. Be an evangelist for the company and product within the company, helping everyone understand key positioning and messages and ensuring organizational readiness across the organization. What you'll need: 6 years of experience in Product Marketing ideally within large SaaS B2B organizations with a track record of successfully marketing similar products or solutions. Experience mentoring and managing a group of PMMs. Proven experience developing short and long term strategies within a matrixed organization across multiple products. Knowledge of the varying stages of the customer journey and the strategies required at each stage. Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on driving product adoption. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to navigate vagueness and drive clarity is a must. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $137,000 USD - $196,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
