We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Buyer/Wholesaler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring used vehicles for our entire auto group's inventory, playing a pivotal role in our company's success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, knowledge of auctions, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen eye for identifying quality vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, detail oriented, data driven, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Having a deep understanding of the inventory management tool: Vauto in order to make data driven purchasing decisions
• Sourcing and acquiring used vehicles through various channels, such as auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and dealerships.
• Evaluate the condition, market value, and potential profitability of vehicles to make informed purchasing decisions, negotiating prices and terms with sellers to secure the best possible deals for the company.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications, coordinating transportation and logistics for purchased vehicles to ensure timely delivery to our dealership or storage facility.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle acquisitions, including purchase prices, vehicle details, and associated documentation, is essential.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, dealerships, and industry contacts to facilitate the acquisition process.
