Position Overview:

Overview:

The Sales Manager’s primary role is to lead the sales effort with clients driving a strategic emphasis on achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and lead the sales efforts with clients, independent sales representatives, and the internal sales team
  • Directly interface with clients on the project requirements, technical aspects, features and benefits, commercial terms, and contract negotiations
  • Manage sales related activities, status, and projections through CRM
  • Gain technical knowledge of the Dustex products and air pollution control technologies with internal training, continuous education, and study
  • Work with the entire sales team to manage the proposal development, budgeting’ and schedule requirements on sales opportunities
  • Promote the company to current and prospective clients
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients
  • Participate in conferences and industry trade associations
  • Deliver presentations to clients
  • Develop and execute individual sales plan
  • Perform market analysis
  • Contribute marketing content and ideas, participate in the company marketing strategy
  • Actively participate in team meetings, company training events and special events
  • Complete various reports, sales plans, and sales forecasts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • High technical aptitude familiar with application engineering.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work within deadlines.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering
  • Demonstrated sales manager experience in the industry
  • Experience with commercial terms and contract negotiations
  • Strong industry technical expertise with application knowledge
  • Experience with budgeting, estimating, schedules and proposal development
  • Experience in representing the company at customer meetings

Travel:    50% of time
