Description
Strong ability to answer busy phones and screen calls accordingly
Front desk professionalism a must
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organization, time management and follow up skills
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
General office duties include, but not limited to: mail distribution, Fed Ex shipping, filing, typing proposals, Copying/plotting, assisting on projects as requested
Proficient use in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office 365
Bilingual in speaking, reading and writing in both English & Spanish

Requirements
High School diploma
Minimum one year Administrative Assistant experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a work environment where priorities can change quickly
Self-starter who has a desire for learning all aspects of the job, driven to grow and is willing to step outside the job description
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with special attention to punctuation and spelling
Outstanding attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and Word
