Job Description
The Law Office of Brett M. Borland, PC is looking for a full-time, experienced collection representative who has excellent negotiation skills, is articulate, self-motivated, results-driven, with great work habits.
Our team of well-trained agents, on average are earning over $50,000 per year, with our top agents earning over $85,000. Our pay structure includes a competitive hourly base and a very strong bonus component. Well qualified candidates can earn the ability to work-from-home after a short probationary/training period.
Our office environment and professional working conditions exceed the standard in our industry. As for benefits, we offer an excellent package including healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401K with matching contributions. Our office does not use an auto-dialer, and collection agents do not work accounts from a pool-environment.
Requirements / Qualifications:
1. Ability to clearly communicate, negotiate, and project a persuasive, professional telephone presence
2. Stable work history in the collection industry
3. Strong work habits and ability to stay focused in a production environment
4. Basic computer operating skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Compensation:
1. Start - $19/hour plus 10% of overage after exceeding monthly minimum
- After 90 day probationary period, this can be modified to earn 20% of overage plus kickers for high performing agents.
