Laurel Health Care Company is Hiring an Assistant Administrator (LNHA) Near Columbus, OH

Are you looking for a great leadership learning opportunity in a skilled nursing community? As an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with The Laurels of Walden Park, you will work closely with the Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to manage, lead and insure profitability of the facility while promoting The Laurel Way. Must be either an LNHA or be able to test for it!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Administrator in meeting financial and programmatic goals for the facility and reviewing an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
  • Develop and complete reports to monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
  • For some departments, Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
  • Work with facility leadership to Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
  • Complete an AIT program
  • State Nursing Home Administrator’s license (LNHA), or eligible to sit for test
