The Laura Baker Services Association (LBSA) QDDP ensures that the necessary programs are created, evaluated using objective standards, and modified as needed to provide active treatment in accordance with each person’s ISP and IPP. The QDDP conducts quality assurance assessments and provides feedback to ensure continuous quality improvement of services. They also function as a member of the Oak Street Services Management Team. This is a full-time position with a caseload of six individuals.

Minimum starting wage for this position is $19.00 hourly. Starting wage is dependent on experience. Employees are eligible for a raise after the first 6 months. Benefits are available after the first 60 days of employment to all employees consistently working 30 hours per week or more. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off.
