About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the workflow of campaigns and inter-departmental project management. They will be responsible for getting buy-in from the various teams, and tracking the creation of each asset as it is developed. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, with a strong track record of project management and on-time delivery of multiple assets from multiple parties with a history of successful projects under their belt.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and facilitate all Integrated Campaigns for the Marketing team (start to finish)

Manage our marketing intake process from end to end

Drafting new and improved project management office policies and processes

Define and track the responsible parties for each project and drive deadlines

Unlock challenges in internal processes by removing barriers and offering innovative solutions

Ability to understand complex marketing projects and initiatives

Ability to work with stakeholders to drive accountability against project plans
Basic qualifications:
-
4 years project management experience
-
Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work quickly
-
Experience in a large company that is executing integrated marketing campaigns

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Must possess strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong problem solving skills

Experience working with a Creative Services team

Experience with Asana (or similar project management technology)

Completed coursework or certification in project management

Self-starter who can learn independently and come up to speed quickly
