About the Job: 

LaunchDarkly is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the workflow of campaigns and inter-departmental project management. They will be responsible for getting buy-in from the various teams, and tracking the creation of each asset as it is developed. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, with a strong track record of project management and on-time delivery of multiple assets from multiple parties with a history of successful projects under their belt.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and facilitate all Integrated Campaigns for the Marketing team (start to finish)

• Manage our marketing intake process from end to end

• Drafting new and improved project management office policies and processes

• Define and track the responsible parties for each project and drive deadlines

• Unlock challenges in internal processes by removing barriers and offering innovative solutions

• Ability to understand complex marketing projects and initiatives

• Ability to work with stakeholders to drive accountability against project plans

Basic qualifications: 

• 4 years project management experience

• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work quickly

• Experience in a large company that is executing integrated marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must possess strong organizational and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving skills

• Experience working with a Creative Services team

• Experience with Asana (or similar project management technology)

• Completed coursework or certification in project management

• Self-starter who can learn independently and come up to speed quickly
