3 years of proven restaurant management or hospitality management experience
Ability to write DSR reports and business correspondence. Great oral and written communication
Interview, check references, hire, train
Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges on a day-to-day basis
Write a schedule
Monitor labor
Process payroll
Accurate cash handling skills
Professional written and oral communication
Progressive discipline
Reviews staff, provides coaching and feedback
Inventory and ordering
Assist in coordinating maintenance needs
Dependable
Honest
Experience with social media
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
Certifications in food safety, sexual harassment prevention, leadership courses, and serving alcohol safely are beneficial
BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management is a plus
Can stand on feet for long durations of time
Can lift 50lbs
Compensation Package & Perks:
