  • Leads complex, multi-dimensional engagements that drive results by combining agency services, creative, data management, consulting, and large technology deployments
  • Possesses extensive experience driving CRM, digital, and/or database solutions
  • Understands and supports the agency’s vision, its core tenets, its unique culture, and its revenue model. Puts the agency at the forefront of his or her decision making
  • Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive level client contacts
  • A high energy leader with the ability to motivate high performing, cross-functional teams, keeping them inspired, engaged, and excited
  • A skilled negotiator; accomplished meeting leader and presenter
  • Earns credibility with client as a strategic leader, who can present and fight for strategy, proposals and creative.
  • Keeps management informed of any potential issues, both strategic and tactical, which may put relationship at risk

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides leadership and direction to client teams, fully leveraging all direct and indirect resources and ensuring optimal levels of productivity, service, and communications, and quality
  • Continually increases knowledge of the client’s business (and industry) serving as the client’s first line consultant
  • Works to build deep client relationships across client’s organization to understand client business and objectives. Works with the agency team to translate the insight into agency deliverables and proposals for existing and new opportunities
  • Works with the client teams to develop plans during client’s planning cycles
  • Intimately understands budgets, cost drivers, and agency revenue impact
  • Effectively on-boards new client relationships

QUALITY/ COMMUNICATION

  • Gives internal teams the information they need to deliver highest quality work for our clients
  • Ensures all client interactions are conducted professionally and that all promises made to the client are kept
  • Effectively plans work, communicates changes, and troubleshoots problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept
  • Recognizes and champions strong, results-driven creative while adhering to strategy and client’s brand
  • Uses clear, concise communication at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years direct marketing experience
  • Interactive and digital experience for automotive brands
  • Particular experience in CRM and digital marketing communications
  • Successful track record of marketing strategy, program execution and growth of ROI-driven accounts
  • Powerful oral and written communicator
  • Proven ability to motivate staff, peers and clients in a team environment
  • High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
  • Strong analytical skills required to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions
  • Experience of working across multiple geographical regions is required
  • Computer savvy using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Management or IT is helpful
