We are looking for a restaurant manager who possesses excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. A good restaurant manager is able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

· Hire and train staff members.

· Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

· Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.

· Open and close the restaurant on time.

· Flow with staff and watch for proper service.

· Make sure all side work and service tasks are completed.

Requirements:

· A high school qualification or equivalent.

· Experience working in the restaurant industry.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to professionally address customer complaints.

· Good attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
