The JOB: Line Cook
Requirements
As a line cook, you will act as the Ambassador of the resort and are a key contributor of our guest impressions in the various outlets on property. Our ideal candidate will plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Line cooks are expected to maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Maintaining a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guest. If this sounds like you, please apply!
