We are looking for competent Resident Assistants to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It’s an often demanding job as we offer all levels of care. But, it can also be very satisfying and rewarding, The ideal candidate will be patient, creative, innovative, and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily livings (ADL's) based on their individualized care plan.
  • Make beds, change linens
  • Assist client in preparing for activities and social programs
  • Prepare clients for all meals and transport to dining area
  • Perform after meal care
  • Serve food trays and assist with feeding as needed
  • Ensure the client's needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity
  • Comply with all infection control, standard precautions, and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional in accordance with state and federal regulation and company policy and procedure
  • Participates, as requested, in process improvement responsibilities, complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those within the compliance process, code of conduct and HIPPA.
