Job Summary – THE 3R’s 

  • Talent Acquisition Coordinator 

Responsibility: 

  • Review and assist in managing the applicant tracking system database. 
  • Network with industry professionals and attend industry events. 
  • Support Human Resources Manager in management of the talent pool for each position to assist the Company in becoming an employment destination. 
  • Diversify hiring to overcome industry labor shortages. 
  • Administrative and marketing duties as directed by the HR Manager. 
  • Reduce company liabilities that pertain to key job functions.

Metrics to Measure Results: 

Success in this position will be measured by: 

  • Performance Review Score – for recruiting creativity, efficiency, and qualifying candidates. 
  • Time to Hire – Days elapsed from date the job was posted, or candidate was contacted for recruitment to the day an offer is accepted.
  • Hires to Goal – (# of new hires in a given period / hiring goal for that period) x 100 
  • Sourcing Channel Efficiency – Number of qualified candidates from a specific source – the average number of applicants from all sources 

DETAILED OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Reviews and assists in managing the applicant tracking system database. 

  • Create job postings that adhere to national and state laws to attract top talent. 
  • Repost jobs every month for optimal standing with Indeed and Glassdoor 
  • Review actively advertising job postings within 24 hours. 
  • Move applicants through the recruiting pipeline. 
  • Schedule, conduct and document phone interviews. 
  • Prequalify candidates to support management in determining job skills. 
  • Set up interviews in ATS and Outlook Calendar

2. Assist in orientation and onboarding activities prior to a warm hand off to management. 

  • Setup new hires in HRIS (Bamboo HR) software
  • Review and update new hire packet forms. 
  • Uniform ordering, distribution, and budget management 
  • File personnel paperwork (I-9, MVR) 
  • Onboarding: 
  • Proper completion of New Hire Packet 
  • Download HRIS app and demo Time Off 
  • Read over the handbook. 

3. Create, manage, and oversee social media posts for company branding and recruitment. 

  • Employee Photo of the week 
  • Remind staff to submit photos weekly. 
  • Organize photos in One Drive 
  • Create power point slideshow for Shop meeting. 

4. CRM management 

  • Communicate with leads by phone, email, and online marketing avenues.
  • Enter qualified leads into the company CRM software (LMN) 
  • Support marketing manager as needed.

Requirements: 

  • One year of recruitment/head hunting experience, preferably in the green industry. 
  • Experience maintaining an applicant tracking system. 
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Insurability and ability to operate company vehicles. 
  • Ability to work overtime and extended hours as determined by seasonal demands. 
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred (Spanish).
