We are actively searching for an experiencedAccount Managerwith a proven track record to service our recurring book of business and achieve gross profit objectives through leadership and management of staff, while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high-quality manner. We pride ourselves on creating a team environment and creating value for every individual in our company as well as each of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure all contractual obligations are met and ensure a long-term commitment
• Upselling and suggesting enhancements to customers to bring more value to all involved
• Effectively managing labor and equipment to effectively meet gross profit objectives
• Motivate staff, maintain high employee morale and employee retention
• Accountability to ensure safety is a top priority
• Establishing and monitoring guidelines to determine field labor requirements
• Training, leading, motivating and evaluating maintenance crew team members
• Helping to create and follow our annual financial plan

Requirements

• Willingness to work alongside the crews you are responsible for managing as needed
• Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) applications
• Able to work independently, communicate effectively, and adequately answer customer’s questions
• It is critical that this individual be energetic, motivated and have the drive necessary to maintain and grow relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is desired
