You will be working on an immediate team of five and matrixed organization of more than 15 to shape the way rewards processes, vendors and communications come together. You can expect your role to include: Partner with Total Rewards Program managers such as Pay, Health & Wellness, Work-Life Balance and Financial Wellness for operational needs such as outsourced vendor management, implementation of new programs or processes. Alignment to initially be with the Health & Wellness Program which includes medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits Research and provide support for escalated employee issues identified through audits or employee/manager/HR feedback and inquiries Ensure compliance in processes/actions in the Rewards space, including testing, audit and mitigation of compliance risks Partner across Total Rewards for communication input and review to ensure alignment with an integrated communications plan Learning opportunities through cross-functional teams and special projects within HR Ability to develop your skill sets through rotations within Total Rewards Team Qualifications: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Health, Insurance, Leave of Absence and Retirement Benefits Prior experience as a member on an implementation team Workday and outsourced benefits vendor experience preferred Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint Working knowledge of broader rewards is a plus Competencies: Track record of building cross-functional relationships within the organization and developing strong external relationships Motivated by challenging the status quo to enable the best stakeholder experience Experiments with new and improved services in support of Total Rewards Results oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Compliance experience for health and insurance benefits Land O'Lakes, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) M/F/Vets/Disabled.
