The Business Intelligence Analyst will leverage WinField United’s data set to create analytics and insights that drive profitable growth for WinField United and our owners. This role will also manage the relationship between the BI team and the business to meet their analytics needs, while working collaboratively with the business and IT to deliver analytics projects. Responsibilities: 35% Business Relationship Manager: Work closely with business leadership to understand their needs. Design, develop and maintain critical reports (KPIs) needed to drive business decisions. Build and own business analytics landing page to proactively identify ways that the business can access and leverage analytics to identify opportunities and drive growth. Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders 35% Ad-hoc Analysis – Execute data discovery, analysis, and visualization to deliver insights needed by the business. Utilize the Business Intelligence tool kit to query data, join multiple data sources, build reports and analysis, and visualize the results to share insights with stakeholders. 20% Work cross-functionally with business partners and IT to define requirements, design, test, and implement appropriate reporting and analytics solutions. 10% Skill Development: Manage personal development by keeping up to date on best practices and gaining experience with new tools and techniques used in the industry. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business or relevant field. 2 years experience in data analysis. Undergraduate or graduate coursework in statistics, data analysis, agricultural research methods. Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
