The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service and/or accounts payables skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Job Description Standard job responsibilities include: · Prepare and review documents necessary for manufacturing to fill bulk & bag orders for customers · Work with transportation to ensure deliveries are timely · Process truck loading and unloading paperwork · Tracks bushel weights and weekly shortages · Monitors and reviews new setups · Purchases production and warehouse supplies · Assist in monthly inventory cycle counts · Assists with uniforms, first aid & safety supplies · Communicate with a diverse group of people from a variety of departments · Assists in ordering warehouse and lab supplies · Other duties as assigned by supervisor · Assists other departments / areas in an administrative capacity as needed Skills required: · Microsoft Office skills, excellent typing and computer skills · High level of initiative for problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts. · Well-developed time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills · Critical reasoning skills and strong attention to detail · Ability to work effectively with many different types of people · Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written. · Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment Competencies required: · Excellent attendance · Professional, friendly demeanor · Team oriented attitude · Self-starter/Self-motivated · Flexibility · Accountability · Ability and willingness to continually learn Experience-Education (Required): · High school diploma/GED Experience-Education (Preferred): · At least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service desired but not required · Experience with accounts payables in a manufacturing /warehouse environment preferred · Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle EOE M/F/Vets/Disabled.
