Job Summary
Helps to direct the sales and business functions related to the Houston & Branches Sales Department to effectively meet stated company goals and objectives. Develops customer service objectives to meet customer expectations for products, services, and long-term partnerships. Helps to manage daily pricing strategy and ensures that sales personnel are administering contracts, project bids and MRO agreements. Participates in resolving customer problems and follows-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicates changes in demand, and new order potential between manufacturing facilities and Inside Sales group. Interfaces with outside sales, plant, and branch staffs to discuss orders, inventory, pricing, availability, and delivery of products. Facilitates ongoing training and mentorship of inside sales group to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. |
