Participates in Lam’s worldwide technical community and actively shares knowledge and takes a leadership position to enhance worldwide learning and its application

• Drives CXL3 metrics for corporate

• Interfaces and coordinates with regional Installed base directors to ensure Lam is meeting customer expectations

• Monitors I&W spending and identifies opportunities for the PS organization to drive spending reduction. Determine how to best utilize I&W data to improve product performance

• Ensures follow through on corrective actions from escalations and the learning is shared across all products

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
