Lakewood Health System has an opening for family practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner!
This unique position provides the opportunity to build a primary care practice in an independent healthcare organization committed to integrity, compassion, accountability, high quality and innovation.
Hours at the Main Campus will be from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and at our satellite clinics 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Must be willing to provide coverage as needed to our satellite clinics. Opportunity to provide coverage in Saturday clinic and for weekend Emergency Department shifts alongside a physician.
Nurse Practitioner qualifications: Current licensure as an APRN in the state of MN required. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required.
Physician Assistant qualifications: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification required.
All candidates must also have current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and have current ATLS course credentials.
All candidates must have the ability to work independently, exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills and project a positive image for Lakewood Health System and its entities.
