Job Summary

We have extremely high expectations for our associates at Lakewood Country Club and we are looking for well­ balanced individuals to assist us with providing our members with the best service possible. 

• Food Handlers Card is needed

Education and/or Experience

• Grade 12 education. 

• Two years of comparable Pastry Cook experience preferred.

• The ability to read, write and execute recipes

• The ability to handle pastry station and work in a fast paced environment.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations 

• Trained to set up station.

• Very Consistent in knife handling skills and Cooking.

• Be on time to work and professional looking.

• Is knowledgeable about the menu.

• Ability to multi task on the Line.

• Sunday and Mondays off - Set Schedule - 40 hr work weeks.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.

• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.

• Continuous repetitive motions.

• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
