The Hideout is an exclusive, members-only indoor golf club in Nashville.

As our club host/hostess, you'll be the face of our speakeasy-style golf club, and the go-to person for our members. You'll greet members as they arrive, help them get set up on our state-of-the-art simulators, and make sure they have everything they need to enjoy their time at the club.

In addition to being a pro at making members feel welcome and comfortable, you'll also be responsible for serving up refreshing drinks and snacks from our bar. We want our members to feel like they're part of an exclusive club, and you'll be the one to make it happen.

First and foremost, you need to be passionate about golf! You don't have to be a pro, but a love for the game is a must. We're also looking for someone who's outgoing, friendly, and loves meeting new people.

While experience in the golf industry or hospitality industry would be a plus, it is not necessarily required for this position. We are primarily looking for someone who is passionate about golf, outgoing, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills. However, any experience working in customer service or a fast-paced environment would be beneficial. On-the-job training will also be provided to ensure that our club host/hostess is fully equipped to provide excellent service to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders from customers and ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal alcohol service regulations and club policies
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Offer customer support in operating golf simulators
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, guests, and co-workers
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up for private events as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work shifts on both weekdays and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Golf knowledge and experience, a plus but not required.
