Lakeside Neurologic is accepting applications and resumes for the position of Human Resources Associate. This is a full-time position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Qualified candidates for the position must be twenty-one years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., AS, AA, BS or BA is preferred. Previous experience in Human Resources in healthcare, mental health or behavioral health is a plus.
Must have the ability to adhere to confidentiality, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality human resources standards. Prior experience in HR data entry, personnel file management, Live-Scan background screening, AHCA, DCF, The Joint Commission & CARF credentialing is a plus.
The job duties of the position are to assist HR Director and includes but is not limited to the following:
Onboarding new hires, fingerprint new hires and employees via LiveScan, create identification badges, manage personnel and employee health related files, update employee information, compile monthly quality improvement data & complete reports, assist in open enrollment for benefit products, file first report of injury for work related injuries and more.
