This Customer Service Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of this Customer Service Team to exceed customer expectations, maintain service levels, and continuously improve order accuracy. The ideal candidate has a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, is goal oriented, energetic, and loves developing process improvements. This position will audit and monitor performance to evaluate individualized training needs, provide escalated customer support and fill in as needed, participate in the development and planning of team building activities, and identify and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Monitor and direct daily activities of Customer Service personnel
• Monitor daily case queues to ensure acceptable SLAs are achieved and report any deficiencies to management
• Provide escalated customer support
• Audit and monitor the performance of Customer Service personnel to evaluate individualized training needs
• Participate in the development and planning of team building activities
• Listen to feedback to help resolve issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to the Customer Service Manager
• Fill in for CSRs and Customer Service Manager as needed across any business unit

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in Customer Service)
• At least 2 years' of relevant work experience (Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills is required
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to lead a team in process improvements
• US work authorization required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 5 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience using salesforce.com is preferred
• Customer Service Best Practices in a manufacturing environment is preferred
