We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Your primary role will be to answer phones, follow-up on incoming leads and schedule appointments.
Our ideal candidate must have a customer service background with a welcoming persona, excellent communication skills, attention to details and an endeavoring to be part of a good team. Keeping organized and seeing the bigger picture are essential.
This position is an in-office, full-time position M-F 9AM-5:30PM.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer calls and questions
- Set-up appointments
- Track and follow incoming lead opportunities
- Communication via email, chat, phone and 3rd party portal
- Order office Supplies
- Order marketing materials
Requirements
· Reliable transportation
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Great attendance track-record
· Proven work experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and usage of office equipment required
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in role
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Experience or knowledge in CRM usage and construction a plus
Compensation and benefits
Full time position with competitive wages based on experience starting from $21-24 an hour. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, holidays, vacation and paid sick time and 401k retirement program.
