We saw a problem within the life insurance industry: getting covered took too long, involved too much paperwork, and required too many in-person meetings with salesy agents. Having lost his father at a young age, our CEO, Jamie, was determined to make it easier for people to get the coverage they needed to provide for their families. So, we got to work. About the role 

The Ladder Engineering Team is looking for an IT Support Engineerto [brief overview of role/ownership]. You will be responsible for [tag line for role and impact].

How you'll make a difference 

• Assist with Ladder onboarding/offboarding process
• Assist in managing our SaaS applications and make sure people have access to what they should and not more
• Manage basic office IT infrastructure including network, printers, and video conferencing systems
• Must be onsite in our new Palo Alto office at least 4 days a week

Who you are

• Have two years supporting macOS devices in business or enterprise environments
• Are proficient at managing and maintaining Apple MDM solutions such as JAMF
• Are a jack of all trades learning how to solves problems across various types of technology
• Have a working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good at debugging issues with SaaS applications
