JOB Duties:

• Works safely ensuring proper lifting techniques and following required safety procedures; to include safe operation of Pick Lift and forklift trucks.
• Participate in warehouse operation procedures to include unloading trucks in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensures warehouse is managed and organized in the most efficient manner.
• Move material within warehouse, to include pulling and staging supplies as needed in preparation for production and packaging.
• Storage and rotation of product and materials in a FIFO format
• Accurately conducts monthly inventory and any documentation/paperwork.
• Works closely with production and packaging departments.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment by following general housekeeping and sanitation procedures.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday; start time is typically 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (may vary depending on packaging needs).

JOB Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have good math skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Must be dependable with a stable attendance record.
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Perform all work duties in accordance to Good Manufacturing and Sanitation Practices and in compliance with Food Safety expectations.

Pay and Bonus:

Pay commensurate with experience

We are offering a $1000 Hiring Bonus to candidates for all manufacturing hourly positions. *Bonus amount is a gross amount of $500 to be paid after 90 days of employment; and final $500 to be paid after 180 days. Temporary, part-time and certain rehired employees are not eligible.

·Candidate must have the following attributes/skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, able to push/pull/lift and carry at least 50 pounds continuously, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching).
