Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Inside Sales Specialist to join our Sales team, preferably around Nancy, France.

Position Overview:

This position is designed to support accelerating growth of the business in France and any other region as determined under the supervision of the Director, Commercial Director, International, and in close collaboration with the Sales Leader France. The Inside Sales Specialist will oversee driving Inside Sales campaigns and reach out to assigned accounts via the phone to help grow our business with maintaining existing customers and attracting new customers by fostering relationships and collecting relevant customer related information. This well-organized and self-motivated individual will work closely with our French sales team, customer care center in Europe (Enschede), Sales Operations and/ or other functions on building, improving and executing our European Inside Sales approach.

Responsibilities: 

  • Under the direction of the Director, Commercial Operations, International and the Country Sales Leader the Inside Sales Specialist will develop, design, and execute new strategic and efficient inside sales campaigns with the focus on following through the installment cycle of existing and new accounts.
  • Reach out proactively via the phone to specific geographical accounts to help grow our business and relationships while reaching or surpassing an assigned sales quota and generating and qualifying leads and new opportunities.
  • In charge to detect and communicate sales leads to Field Sales Representatives (annual and quarterly targets will be determined and monitored).
  • Track accounts (mainly CON/ Service Contracts) to convert prospects to our Disposables and increase Service Contract take-up
  • Collect and maintain proper relevant customer related information, such as on key interlocutors and installed base, via daily calls and/ or structured surveys
  • Track results of our sales and marketing campaigns via the CRM and/or any other analytical tool available and provide necessary reports and statistics any deliver any type of report as requested
  • Continuously contribute to improving interfaces and cross-functional processes.
  • Minimum 20 calls per day
  • Close cooperation with Customer Care, Marketing, and any other relevant department, in particular in the preparation and execution of campaign and the establishment.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Education, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience, minimum 3 years of Inside Sales experience including cold calling
  • French native speaker and English fluent both in writing and verbally
  • Experienced in building relationships
  • Strong sales acumen and customer satisfaction focus
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel, as well as CRM-Systems and ERP-Systems
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Resilient and ability to perform within a high-paced and evolving environment
  • Friendly, positive, proactive and confident attitude, even in difficult situations, and ability to work well as a team player
  • Hungry to learn and grow and make a meaningful contribution to our sales.
  • Driven by “challenge accepted" life motto and motivated by the measurability of success in a sales team
  • Located preferably in the office in France, thus living in or nearby Nancy
