Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Compensation Analyst to join our operations team in the Portsmouth, NH office.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Compensation Analyst will be a key partner of the Sales and Commercial Operation teams and will be responsible for sales compensation calculations, analysis, and reporting. This includes creating, maintaining, and updating sales compensation database for monthly global commission plans, calculating payments, and delivering reports.

The individual will also assist in the implementation of Xactly Incent compensation software including:

  • Master Data preparation and verification
  • Plan Documentation
  • Testing
  • Training

How you contribute:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the incentive compensation system for global sales team including maintaining employee and plan data, plan set up, FX, quota development, territory changes and remapping, and payout validation
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop compensation plans and model scenarios and provide accurate, timely and effective payment reporting and operational support.
  • Monitor and resolve field inquiries regarding sales and compensation
  • Assist with the distribution of individual compensation plans and reports
  • Process and evaluate accruals, generate metrics comparing actuals and budget
  • Work with the Xactly software vendor to ensure that data flows and plans are setup correctly and on time per project requirements
  • Create dashboard reports within new Xactly compensation tool
  • Coordinate training for users on the Xactly sales compensation tool and train the trainers
  • Participate on continuous improvement of commercial analytics, reporting tools, and processes that can scale with the company's growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years in compensation or analytics roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Xactly Incent Software a plus
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and math skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal, written and presentation skills)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can build processes and drive towards implementation in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
  • The following background is not a requirement, but a plus
    • SQL, PowerBI

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word
