Labor Rocket is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Flint, MI
Labor Rocket is seeking a skilled and motivated maintenance technician to join a manufacturing team in the Flint, MI area. The ideal candidate will have experience with the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment in the manufacturing field.
All shifts are available!
Pay: Up to $20/hr to start shift premium depending on experience level. $80 per week attendance bonus ($2/hr increase with perfect attendance)
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in an automated automotive manufacturing production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Reduce machine downtime.
- Participation in continuous improvement and 5S activities including eliminating waste and recommending problem-solving and cost-reduction ideas.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical. The use of their blueprints and schematics for replacement and repair.
- Fanuc CNC controls and robotics
- Welding experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to take a pre-employment drug test and undergo a criminal history background check.
