LABLYNX is Hiring a Sales Account Executive Near Smyrna, GA

LabLynx, Inc. is a browser-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software company located in Smyrna, GA. The LabLynx ELab LIMS offers full enterprise-class functionality for any laboratory, from single users to multi-site global corporations and government entities, across all analytical, healthcare, research, and manufacturing QA/QC industries.

A LabLynx Sales Account Executive is the engine that drives growth. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be solely focused on driving business by managing and growing client relationships. Working with our Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams, you will own the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, including demonstration presentation, requirements gathering, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

What to Expect

  • In your first 6 weeks, get up to speed and demonstrate your knowledge of our product, customers, and the challenges our product can solve
    • Connect with members of our Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to understand our offerings and why our customers value them
    • Study our sales process and be an observer in introductory calls and product demonstrations
    • Learn our CRM, meeting cadence, role metrics, and sales methodology; begin planning and reporting
  • In your first 3 months, take ownership of client relationships, sales forecast, and pipeline
    • Understand LabLynx’s product offerings and competitive landscape; strive to understand the business problem we are solving to deliver the best outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with Sales team members to uncover customer needs to develop a plan to optimize selling productivity.
    • Execute outreach and begin to develop a deal pipeline.
    • Own the sales process: demonstration presentation, requirements gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Within 12 months, fully achieve/exceed sales goals and contribute to building a high-performing sales team inside of LabLynx
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process and pipeline

Speed, Drive, and Organization – You are constantly on the hunt for opportunities to streamline, standardize, and create a sales process that works. You approach your work with energy and organization. You have no trouble juggling multiple opportunities/conversations and once

You’ll be an important conduit for feedback from our customers, and you can show us that you can not only listen to that feedback but proactively share it with the other leaders on our team so we can build better products and sell and market them more effectively. Preferred Qualifications will Lead to Higher Level of Success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Strong B2B communication skills
  • Technology savvy
  • Laboratory or science background
