Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Intracompany Customer liaison

1. Communicate daily with Intracompany Account Managers. Keeping all Account Mangers well informed on the status and on time completion of their projects.
2. Ensure that the daily schedules are managed and delivery dates are met on or before the required due dates.
3. Update and monitor job tracking and location in the Direct Edge WIP.
4. Provide general updates and check-ins via email, phone calls, and/or in person.
5. Obtain and forward tracking information on jobs as needed

• Quality management

1. Constantly monitoring quality, schedule, and cost.

• Become proficient with the current and future internal estimating and production software to create estimates.
• Basic file management; download files; set up proper job folder files on the server and provide updates files as needed
• Continue to learn / expand print production knowledge; different methods of print production provided by Direct Edge as well as outsourcing any goods or services to the benefit of an assigned project or Direct Edge Media
• Any other tasks as requested

• Basic computer skills; email, PDFs, Excel, Word. Understanding or experience with programs such as Print IQ.

Compensation:

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $26.00 - $32.00 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
