 Typically, a Chief Operating Officer acts in a leadership role, effectively carrying out the plans and procedures of the owners or the CEO. Typical duties and responsibilities for a Chief Operating Officer include:

Must have 3 years in leadership at least a bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience of the chief Operating Office Position. Preferred Master's degree in business or a specific field related to Solar.

• Manager 7 locations in 3 different states
• Implementing business operations
• Oversee operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance,
• Oversee planning, efficiency and reports.
• Provide operational reports and management reports bi- Weekly to Executive colleagues
• Ensure compliance on a company, state and federal level.
• Head outreach and business relations.
• Review budgets and staffing.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth - manger KPI's

• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Highly proficient with financial management software (e.g. NetSuite, Quickbooks)
• Skills:
• Minimum 3 years in the solar industry
