Rôles    et    responsabilités    


• Fidéliser    la    clientèle    et    en    effectuer    le    suivi.    
• Promouvoir    et    démontrer    le    travail    d'équipe    dans    toutes    les    aires    de    magasinage    pour    assurer    un    
service    à    la    clientèle    sans    failles.
• Traiter    les    transactions,    les    retours    et    les    échanges    avec    précision    et    efficacité,    et    créer    une    
impression    durable    auprès    de    la    clientèle.
• Aider    à    la    préparation    de    la    marchandise    pour    le    regarnissage    de    la    surface    de    vente,    y    compris    
s'assurer    que    les    articles    sont    correctement    étiquetés    en    fonction    des    démarques,    des    hausses    de    
prix    et    des    promotions
• Faire    en    sorte    que    l'arrière-boutique    est    à    l'ordre    et    communiquer    clairement    à    l'équipe    de    gestion    
toute    inquiétude    à    ce    sujet
• Comprendre,    adopter    et    renforcer    les    normes    relatives    à    la    marque
• Faire    preuve    d'une    connaissance    et    d'une    compréhension    de    la    disponibilité    des    stocks    et    des    
demandes    provenant    de    la    clientèle,    et    fournir    des    renseignements    ou    des    commentaires    sur    la    
marchandise    à    l'équipe    de    gestion    des    boutiques.
• Appuyer    et    consolider    les    activités    visant    à    assurer    un    environnement    de    travail    sécuritaire    
• Rester    sensibilisée    à    la    prévention    des    pertes    en    soutenant    une    culture    d'honnêteté    et    en    faisant    le    
lien    entre    le    service    à    la    clientèle,    l'engagement    des    associées    et    les    pertes.
• Procéder    au    réapprovisionnement    en respectant    les    normes    établies    pour    que    la    boutique    soit    bien    
garnie,    et    s'assurer    que    les    présentations    visuelles    sont    entretenues    selon    les    normes    applicables.

La Senza is a Canadian fashion retailer that sells women's lingerie and intimate apparel. The La Senza brand is currently owned by Regent which operates and owns La Senza stores in Canada and the United States and uses a franchise model for the operation of stores outside Canada and the United States.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing customer loyalty
  • Promote and display teamwork across all areas to ensure the customer’s journey is seamless
  • Process customer transactions, returns or exchanges accurately and efficiently and create lasting customer impressions
  • Assist with merchandise preparation for sales floor replenishment including ensuring merchandise is accurately priced in accordance with markdowns, markups and promotions
  • Ensure backroom is organized and tidy and effectively communicate to management any concerns in regard to the stockroom
  • Understand, adhere to and reinforce brand standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge and insight regarding inventory availability, customer requests and provide feedback on the product to store leadership
  • Reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment
  • Maintain an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the links between customer service, associate engagement and shrink
  • Replenish merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant store, ensuring visual displays are maintained according to standards
