Job Summary:
La Roma Pizza and Subs is seeking a dedicated In Store Associate to join our team. As a In Store Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Your role will involve assisting customers with processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment as well as helping out in the kitchen and completing daily task.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders in person and over the phone.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
-Clean, organize and complete daily task while multitasking helping in the front and kitchen.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and offer recommendations
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash drawers, kitchen help and cleaning
- Understanding of food safety practices and food handling regulations
- Experience working in a kitchen or quick-service fast food restaurant is a plus
