La Quinta by Wyndham Vancouver, WA is Hiring a Hotel Maintenance Part Time Near Vancouver, WA
Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. Previous experience in hotel maintenance preferred, but not required.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Complete report work orders such as replacing light bulbs, clearing drains, replacing plumbing parts, painting, floor repairs, landscaping, grounds maintenance, swimming pool cleaning and maintenance, patching vinyl, etc. Help maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard.
- Help with air conditioning, television sets and lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/or replacement.
- Maintain the building exterior and parking lot.
- Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
