Program Manager - LA Dodgers Foundation Field Champions, Los Angeles
Founded in 2010, Up2Us Sports is a national nonprofit organization that is focused on the power of coaches to transform the lives of our nation’s most vulnerable youth, and the communities they live in, through sports. Up2Us Sports is based on a simple premise: That highly trained coaches can be among the most transformative adults in young people’s lives and inspire their success on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact for a cohort(s) of Up2Us Sports AmeriCorps Coaches, their programs, and partnering organizations throughout Los Angeles. The Program Manager will be placed primarily within Up2Us Sports partnership with The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Dreamteam programs, and will be responsible for approximately twenty Field Champion coaches, ensuring that Up2Us Sports AmeriCorps Coaches are properly supported and experience high-quality services and outcomes. This position will be based out of Los Angeles and work closely with the Program Director and Senior Program Director to manage the Los Angeles market while meeting programmatic and funding compliance requirements.
