We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team in Voorhess, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B collections and a proven track record of success in recovering outstanding debts.

Pay: 20-23$/hour

Location: Voorhees, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Contacting and negotiating with customers to collect outstanding debts
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all collection efforts
• Identifying and resolving any customer disputes or discrepancies
• Meeting or exceeding established collection targets
• Communicating effectively with internal team members and management
• Staying current on all relevant state and federal laws and regulations related to collections

Qualifications:

• At least years of experience in B2B collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collections software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
