Responsibilities

The procurement specialist serves a critical role within the customer deployment life-cycle, working directly with the account managers and engineering department to facilitate the acquisition and decommission of computer hardware and software assets. Working in a team-based environment, this position facilitates at every level of our offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities center around the movement of newly acquired assets into post-delivery, or retiring them from use. Activities include vendor selection, purchasing, delivery, and contract management.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will be able to show a history of ownership, initiative, and the ability to stay organized in a multitasking environment. Candidates must also be comfortable with and show confidence in both written and verbal communication.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Education

• A relevant college degree plus five years of professional experience
