Computer saavy Team Player Some accounting experience preferred Duties AR Duties On a daily basis, collect, reconcile, and deposit Parts and Service receipts, including credit card transactions. Collect monies and logbooks Reconcile deposit receipts from vehicle sales Immediately report discrepancies to management Prepare and reconcile daily deposits, verifying general ledger balances including cash clearing accounts. Finalize cash receipts, update customer accounts daily. File cash records, stubs, summary reports and appropriately distribute. Maintain accurate records of daily activity in accordance with Company guidelines. Initiate customer refunds for overpayments/refunds. Responsible for schedule 3 cash sales and clearing exceptions Debit balance receivables should be cleared within 10 days.
