OBJECTIVE:

L&R Distributors is looking for a Data and Project Coordinator for our SJ Creations team. Each member of the SJ Creations team is responsible to uphold their duties along with fostering an environment of teamwork. Teamwork has built the foundation for where SJ Creations is today, and it is our goal to maintain a positive, fun, and aspirational environment that will enable us to attain our goal of a balanced lifestyle.

LOCATION: Encinitas, CA (Onsite Schedule)

• Proactively asks questions when unclear about assignments details and timelines
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and outside vendors
• Creatively applies what’s learned on one program as he/she moves forward to the next
• Prior supply chain and operations experience
• Experience with ASANA or similar project management software
• Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior data entry and data analysis experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and updating all finished good assemblies, work orders and BOMS in the ERP System (NetSuite)
• Communicate new and updated BOMs in a timely manner to the appropriate contract manufacturers and internal team members
• Position is responsible to assist in various stages of the Supply Chain process from product set-up through to production
• Communicates and works closely with internal Product Development, Operations and Sales Team members
• Estimate and finalize finished good and component weights and dimensions and create/maintain these records in the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Manage and lead internal job audits and prioritize the order in which jobs need to be reviewed. Update documentation post-audit and communicate changes to the appropriate parties.
• Comfortable creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs) as needed
• Create and review carton markings for products and components
• Cross train with other departments on the following tasks: EDI label process, create/update/complete component records in ERP system, component development/management and maintaining internal component library
