The JOB:
The Director of Front Office is responsible for the oversight of the Front Office, Guest Services and Valet Departments to ensure that our team is delivering the highest level of exceptional service as defined by Noble House Hotels & Resorts. The overall responsibilities for this position will include leadership and guidance to Team Members and will partner with all departments to deliver the ultimate guest experience.

Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality industry, preferably Front Office management
Outstanding and proven guest service skills.
The ability to diffuse and resolve difficult Team Member and Guest Relations situations
Schedule flexibility, including an occasional overnight.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
