As a System Engineer, candidates are responsible for providing Post-Sales design and implementation services for Kyocera Document Solutions customers. It is expected that candidates have excellent technical and communication skills in working with vendors, partners and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to customers. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of three years’ experience in the technologies listed.
In this position, candidates would be responsible for carrying out service delivery for Kyocera Document Solutions’ customers throughout the deployment lifecycle (plan, design, implement, optimize, document). Candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of design and implementation experience, be highly motivated, excited about learning new products and technologies, and able to effectively communicate ensuring superior customer service and maintaining a strong customer relationship.
Most of the staging and implementations are performed either on-site with customers, most of which are in the Kyocera Document Solutions clients. Travel can be expected to support remote locations or other regions as necessary. Some out of normal business hours can be expected.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in final design meetings with customers.
Staging and Implementation of the solutions listed.
Document client specific as-built information.
Perform training on the technologies listed as it pertains directly to what was configured as part of the solution.
Provide project status on a regular basis.
Optionally based on experience - conduct customer workshops and design sessions.
Create project deliverables such as requirements documents, cabling details, cutover plans, resiliency test plans, and drawings.
Provide informal customer knowledge transfer if required.
Provide direction and mentorship to more junior engineers on the team
Required:
We seek a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
Relevant Certifications required as defined by the technologies listed
You possess a minimum of 5 years related experience providing project deliverables project-based deployment environment
You possess solid documentation experience with Microsoft® Visio, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint
