As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the supply chain logistics, supporting delivery of products from the warehouse to the customer and all points of contact in between.

Coordinate shipping logistics extending from the point of origin to the final destination
Research and investigate shipping discrepancies with carriers
Prepare and check the import documentation for customs
Prepare commercial export invoices, service invoices and packing lists
Assist with procurement and inventory control
Oversee the end of month closing process for sales companies to ensure accounting records are balanced and completed orders are closed
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate proper data exchanges and timely processing of responsibilities
Support customer inquiries regarding products and parts via email, phone, and chat
Assist customers with cancellations, order updates, return authorizations, purchase orders, availability, and pricing
Understand and adhere to Company policy, procedures, rules, and guidelines
Qualify, initiate, and provide qualifying documentation for credits and billing transactions
Support Kyocera customers with the forecast and planning of drop shipments
Routinely follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 2 year’s Logistics / Shipping / Supply Chain Coordination experience
Minimum 2-years Customer Service experience in a corporate environment
Knowledge of import and export processes and regulations
Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Verbal & written Bilingual Communication (Spanish)
Ability to work overtime periodically
