ROLE OVERVIEW

This position supports Kwik Lok through continual maintenance of entire facility cleanliness, and occasional manufacturing of Kwik Lok products when requested. This position upholds the Kwik Lok Corporation philosophies through dedication to continuing improvement of quality, food safety, integrity, and hard work. This is an hourly, non-exempt position and reports directly to the Production Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

• Safely clean and maintain all restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, general offices, and fitness facility. Detailed list will be provided.
• Monitor all areas of the facility for any safety concerns that could result in injury. Report to Production Manager and/or Facility Maintenance.
• Maintain and control inventory of cleaning supplies and breakroom supplies. Give list of needed items to the Office Manage and/or Production Manager.
• Clean and maintain outside areas of all trash and debris. Wipe and clean outside tables.
• Empty and dispose of all trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Cross-trained to perform as a die-cutter operator and fill-in as production demand requires.
• Performs additional functions as needed/assigned for the good of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Regularly bends, squats, reaches, kneels, sits, stands, and walks
• Constantly hearing, seeing, and talking
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Starting wage: $18.00 an hour
• Insurance: Major medical, dental, vision and prescription plan after 60 days
• Retirement: 401K plan available after 90 days
• Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and paid sick days after 90 days
• Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours are flexible
• Location: 1222 Ryan Road, New Haven, IN, 46774
• Work Environment: Office and manufacturing facility; Noise Level is 10dB in office, 85-95 dB in production
