We are currently seeking a Solar Installer 2 in Stafford, TX. We are committed to performing quality installations and provide fully custom solutions for homeowners, small and large businesses across the United States. 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ability and appropriate knowledge/skillset to perform quality solar installs 
• Ability to read and understand solar plans 
• Knowledge of current building code 
• Ensure the quality of work procedure meets or exceeds company standards 
• Use time management skills to maintain day-to-day workload 
• Knowledgeable of city and county requirements/guidelines and OSHA requirements 
• Abide by city and county requirements/guidelines and OSHA requirements 
• Possess a strong commitment to safety 

Requirements

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background test and drug screening 
• Higher education and certifications a plus 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• 2 or more years’ experience in a relevant position 
• OSHA 10/30 certification desirable, but not required 

 LANGUAGE 

• Ability to read and write in English 
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the management team, clients, customers, etc.
