SUMMARY
Kuubix Global is seeking an Installation Supervisor for our Tracy CA location!
The Installation Manager is responsible for the efficient deployment of company installs and managing the install crews, teams, and install process from start to finish. The Installation Supervisor will be the hub of daily communication for the installation team and updating the company on each projects progress. A team-minded individual with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills that can work autonomously is required for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

· All installation vehicles and personnel will be dispatched from this position

· Further develop scheduling tools that enable efficient, seamless dispatching along with company-wide visibility of the flow of projects, vehicles, and personnel

· Be familiar with Kuubix safety protocol for vehicles and personnel. Work with Safety Manager to provide feedback and indicate additional safety resources and/or protocol needed. Aid in use and training of weekly safety topics

· Monitor and utilize vehicle tracking system to ensure safe operations of company vehicles and efficient routing of personnel to site surveys, permit pickups, installations, final inspections, technician work, etc. Provide data for discipline, as needed

· Review fuel card invoice for excessive use, abuse/misuse, or other outliers

· Maintain a data base of approved 3rd party installers to utilize when company resources are at capacity

· Analyze, develop, and utilize asset cost metrics to continuously improve efficiency of company logistics

· Effectively communicate with Warehouse Team to ensure materials are prepared for daily operations

· Leadership role in Kubbix Quality Systems Program

· Assist Director in developing an Installation Team Scorecard based on safety, quality, deliverables, and costs

· Promptly provide feedback to Customer Service Department when received

· Serve as knowledge source to all departments regarding project completion status, personnel schedules, and vehicle locations

· Evaluate and make recommendations regarding Operations Division procedures and goals

· Evaluate team members – coach, mentor, and provide feedback to the installations teams

· Travel may be required at times

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE OF A INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

· Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management or Economics preferred, but not required

· Five or more years’ business experience that includes PV installations, dispatch, logistics, and knowledge of safety protocol, or equivalent

LANGUAGE

· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure instruction manuals

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management team, clients, customers, and maintain KPI’s daily

· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental and legal regulations

OTHER SKILLS/ CERTIFICATIONS

· Able to use computer programs: Custom Software, Google, and Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel), and specifically network sharing programs

· Able to quickly assimilate knowledge of company ERP system
