ABOUT US:

Kurtosys provides asset and wealth managers with a data and content publication platform that enables the construction and distribution of critical sales, marketing, and client reporting materials. Founded in 2002, Kurtosys operates across four global offices. Underpinned by global ISO-27001 certification in information security management, the Kurtosys team has a deep understanding of working at scale with data, information design, industry regulations and compliance issues. 

As part of our ongoing transformation, putting the client at the heart of how we operate, we are looking for an experienced Asset / Wealth Management professional (preferably with client reporting and / or digital experience) to join our Client Solutions and Strategy team and help us add real value to our clients globally.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • This role exists to help Kurtosys transform the way we add value to our clients and build out long lasting relationships
  • Ensuring our clients get the full benefit of an industry specialist combined with expert Kurtosys products knowledge and insight.
  • We are looking for intelligent, self-motivated, Investment management industry experienced professionals to join the Kurtosys team and become the face of the organization, owning, and taking responsibility for ensuring our clients get the maximum value Kurtosys can provide. 
  • Someone to act as an additional voice of the client (bringing credible use cases from within the industry) to help grow the client solutions and strategy influence across Kurtosys and create a client centered culture. 
  • This role offers tremendous exposure to our platform, our customers, and the financial services technology industry. 

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:

  • Build deep relationships across all levels with our key clients globally, engaging with the C Suite through the value streams demonstrating strong leadership and industry knowledge 
  • Own client revenue, securing long term partnerships and recurring revenue streams alongside growth of existing accounts 
  • Use your industry knowledge to become a partner that can become an extension of our clients’ teams and add measurable value to their use of our platform and tools.
  • Act as a solution orientated client partner, becoming a platform generalist by understanding our products, how they are connected and how they can be implemented to add value to our clients. 
  • Understand client problems and elicit and communicate outcomes and requirements based on these problems. 
  • Identify and consult on best practices for solving problems, challenge prevailing assumptions or current ways of working.
  • Communicate best practices, inspiring clients, and internal stakeholders to change behaviors, create efficiencies and enhancing the user experience of our clients’ tools. 
  • Manage and be accountable for client satisfaction (measured through NPS) and associated values 
  • Clearly communicate status and risk to senior stakeholders internally and externally. 
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on delivery, including other members of the project team, customer success, and support. 
  • Drive efficiency within the client solutions and strategy team via supporting the continuous process improvements and reusable frameworks. 

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES:

  • Industry Experience: must have spent time within an Asset & wealth management organization, ideally from with a large global firm with expertise in Marketing, Digital, Distribution or Client Reporting
  • Problem Solving: A critical thinker, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task· 
  • Strategic Thinking: Think Conceptually, imaginatively, and opportunistically with a key focus on maximizing value for our key clients. Understanding their problems and their business goals, ensuring we apply our time and resources to utilize our technology to maximum effect. 
  • Analytics: The ability to analyze large sets of data, understand patterns and provide actionable insights externally for the benefit of the client and internally to drive business growth for Kurtosys. 
  • Leadership: High levels of emotional intelligence, with honesty, transparency, and empathy as core values
  • Communication: Understand client needs with ability to learn technical concepts, translate them to business solutions, and communicate strategy and outcomes

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with a focus in business management, finance, or marketing·
  • Commercial acumen and previous P&L experience
