KUBRA is in growth mode and currently seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Analytics Team!

As a Data Scientist, you will be working on building, training, and experimenting with machine learning models. You will also get the opportunity to deploy machine learning models into production!

What you get to do every day

• Design, build and maintain machine learning pipelines.
• Extract insights from your models and showcase it to the clients.
• Work with Machine Learning engineers in setting up the pipeline and deploying themodels.
• Work with the Service Delivery team to get the requirements from the clients andmaintain relationships with the clients.
• Share technical knowledge with coworkers.
• Stay up to date with the state of the art of data infrastructure and processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to maintain a highdegree of professionalism in all client communications.
• Ability to influence others, build relationships, manage conflicts, and handlenegotiations.
• Excellent organization, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentfocused on results.
• Ability to handle pressure.

What skills do you need?

• Overall experience of at least 3 to 4 years in building and training Machine Learningmodels.
• Solid understanding of Supervised, Unsupervised and Reinforcement Learning.
• Hands on experience with regression, prediction and recommendation algorithms.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of cloud experience on any of the major cloud platformspreferably AWS.
• Demonstrable experience with SQL, Mlflow, Python and Pyspark,
• Preferable to have experience with MLOps and building ML pipelines.
• Experience with handling streaming data is an asset.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Analytics. (Or equivalent certifications)
